NBHD Brulee: Where Community and Coffee Meet at Harlem's Newest Coffee-Shop

NBHD Brulee blends community and coffee and that is the best way to describe Harlem's newest coffee shop located at 140th and 8th. Imagine a coffee shop that showcases the history of Harlem, with a cozy feel and a playlist, so on par, you will want to take out your headphones. Since their launch in late 2019, this black-owned coffee shop that offers a full menu that has been drawing the attention of many Harlemites. From their perfect BEC made with beef bacon, pastries, and their unforgettable shrimp Po' boy, you will find something during your time here. Brulee has more than enough community seating and a large bar area, which happens to be my favorite place to sit and knock out work.

NBHD Brulee’s menu includes breakfast wrap and sandwiches, smoked salmon bagel, a pastrami sandwich, and a rotating soup schedule. They serve Illy coffee, and their signature coffee item is their Brulee in which the top of the coffee is torched, just like the dessert.

I tweeted about NBHD Brulee and got an overwhelming amount of responses of those wanting to support this business.
